Our apartment of 90 m2, is enabled and equipped for 4 people with everything you need.
It has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need to make your stop in Cordoba unforgettable: wireless internet (free), TV 44” Smart TV in the living room, quality mattresses, equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, hairdryer, dispensers, safe security, cold / heat air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dryer, iron, etc.
Being able to enjoy quiet evenings in its outdoor patio, which by the way is enabled as the only area of accommodation for smokers.
If you wish and for your convenience we also offer you the possibility of having one of our parking spaces located 50 meters away from the accommodation free of charge (subject to availability).

The location is very good, it is located in a quiet residential area, close to public transport (bus and taxi stop 50 meters away), which will take you 5 minutes to the city center, very close to two shopping areas (Carrefour Zahira and El Arcángel Shopping Center).
The apartment is between Avda. Del Cairo (at the end of this avenue is a Mc Donald restaurant), Avenida de Rabanales and Calle Sagunto, areas where you can find a wide range and variety of bars, restaurants, cafes and local services in general, banks, supermarkets, gyms (among them and 50 meters from the accommodation, the largest sports center in Cordoba “Aira Sport Córdoba” which has indoor and outdoor pools, Spa, Dance Rooms, Cardio, Cycling , Bodybuilding, as well as a program of classes and activities of the most complete), parks with green areas and play for children, medical centers, pharmacies, etc.
From the apartment you can walk down Libya Avenue in 20/25 minutes to Paseo de la Ribera, where La Mezquita, Puente Romano and the fairgrounds are located, among other places of interest, or if you wish you can also go into the town center old city walking down Avenida de Rabanales until you reach Plaza Corazón de María (5 minutes walk from the apartment).

- The price / night of the stay is valid for up to 2 guests who make use of 1 single double room.

- The price / night is not standard as it varies according to the day of the week and season.
- Indistinctly below are the usual prices of the supplements per guest / s / additional, cleaning fee and security deposit.
- Supplement of € 15.00 / night from the 2nd guest.
- This supplement may vary depending on the season. Indistinctly, the amount of this supplement will always be respected at the time the reservation is made.
CHILDREN AND SUPPLEMENTARY BEDS:
- Children of all ages can be accommodated.
- Children under 2 years old can stay free in cots.
- € 15.00 per stay.
- The cleaning fee is per stay, regardless of the duration (days) of the same.

- A damage deposit of EUR 95 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
- This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out and is subject to an inspection by the accommodation to assess if there has been any damage.
- If the reservation is made by the guest through direct contact with us or through the “Booking.com” platform, the refund of the deposit will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the owner of the reservation for that purpose.
- The return of the deposit is usually made on the same day of the departure of the guest and usually takes 2 to 3 business days to appear reflected in your account. Indistinctly at the time we make the return we send proof of the operation to your email account or message to your phone.
- For reservations made by other platforms (Example: Airbnb, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, Rentalia, etc ..), the management of payment of the reservation, as well as the return of the deposit are made with the forms and payment terms / returns that have stipulated.
- When the guest makes his reservation and this is confirmed by paying the amount of the same (total or partial) on our website or on any booking platform (Airbnb, Booking, Tripadvisor, HomeAway, etc.), it means that he understands and accepts all of our detailed policies and regulations in the reserved accommodation space.

DISTRIBUTION OF THE ROOMS:

Alarm connected with recording of images in the access to the apartment (complying with the regulations and LOPD and authorization of the private security department of the national police body), Security safe, Smoke detector, Carbon monoxide detector, First-aid kit, File of safety instructions, Fire extinguisher.
Gel, shampoo, toilet paper, towels, bedding (sheets, blankets …) detergent and fabric softener, napkins, etc …

In addition to complying with our policies of “Requirements for accommodation” and “Room distribution”, our guests must comply with the following rules of the house:
1.- Maintain the respect and proper care of the home, as well as the neighborhood that resides in the community.
2.- Pets are not allowed.
3.- Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
4.- No parties, events, aesthetic alterations, or illegal activities are allowed during the stay in the accommodation.
The accommodation of other guests who were not registered and / or not detailed in the reservation is prohibited. In the event that this happens the deposit / deposit would not be refunded and the management of the accommodation would be empowered to carry out the relevant legal actions and claims to inform the citizen security department of the national police force, as well as the claim of the possible amount for the stay made of said persons to the holder of the reservation and signatory of this contract plus the expenses that said procedures generated to the accommodation.
* Failure to comply with these first four rules will be grounds for cancellation of the reservation by the accommodation, as well as the eviction of the guest / s, reserving the address and / or property of the accommodation taking the appropriate legal measures for this, if necessary.
5.- In order to carry out cleaning services, please leave the apartment at 12:00 noon. Also, the usual arrival time (check in) will be from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm, being necessary for the guest to notify us previously by email or by the platform where the reservation was made (at least 24 hours before the 16:00 on the day of arrival) the time you will arrive at the accommodation.
We would have no problem adapting to other schedules, after consulting and confirming our availability availability in advance.

You have to climb stairs: Although the accommodation is located on a ground floor, you have to climb three steps at the entrance of the building.
Check-in: The usual check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., although if you need to check in at a different time please ask us beforehand (at least 24 hours), we are flexible in this aspect and we always try to adapt to your needs.
* For tickets before the usual time, contact us for availability.
Check-out: The departure time is at 12:00 or before this time.
* In case you need to check out later than 12:00, ask us.

Lines 1, 2 and 6 (Stop of lines 2 and 6, 50 meters from the accommodation in C / Sagunto).

Despite being a private center our guests can access their facilities by notifying on arrival at the reception that they stay in one of the apartments TREEHOUSE Córdoba presenting our cards at your disposal in our accommodations and requesting a one-day ticket. The entrance has a cost of € 7.32 / person.
The cost to access any public pool in the city would cost that, unlike it is private and apart from the pool you can make use of all the facilities (indoor pools, sauna, gym, spa, activities, etc ..)
The guest must leave an identification at the reception which will be returned once they decide to leave. They will provide a bracelet to each user who will be able to enter and leave the premises throughout the day from 07:00 in the morning until 23:00 at night.
For the ticket offices the guest will need to carry a small padlock since they are not provided in the center. If you have any of those who usually have suitcases, it would be useful for that.
If you do not have a lock, you can buy one at a hardware store or any store in the area.
